     With over 30 years of experience, personal injury lawyer Joe Nypaver takes personal injury and product liability suits to court, as well as helping people who have been treated unfairly by their insurance company with bad faith insurance claims. Attorney Nypaver is an Advocate of the National College of Advocacy. Mr. Nypaver is a veteran of the U.S. Army having served four years with the 101st Airborne Division. He is extensively involved in charitable and educational efforts in the community.

Regular office hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  Hospital and home visits can be arranged for injured clients who cannot come to the office. All cases are taken on a contingency fee basis. This means you pay no attorney's fees unless money damages are recovered for you.
